1. Physical Health

We support your body through movement, intentional habits, and restorative practices with deep emphasis on sleep, stress, and nervous system regulation. When the body feels safe, everything else thrives.

2. Nutrition

Food is medicine. We run to instant care nowadays looking for a pill to fix our health problems when we should be running to the food cupboard to fix our problems. I believe all of our health problems stem from a lack of intention with our food, exercise, and a loss of connection with nature. You are what you eat. Consume a diet filled with highly processed GMO foods riddled with ingredients that are destructive to your health and see how your health deteriorates, not only physical health but also your mental health. Your gut is the brain of the body. A dysregulated gut is the cause of many of our mental health problems these days including depression and anxiety. Consume a holistic whole foods diet and see how many of the health ailments you currently suffer from disappear.

3. Spiritual Connection

Through many spiritual practices such as breathwork, meditation, connecting with nature or grounding, prayer, EFT, mirror work, shadow work, and journaling, we will work on connecting you with your inner light and embodying your best self.

4. Mindset

A disciplined mind is the foundation to your freedom. We will work through limiting beliefs and destructive patterns, build true confidence, and develop unshakable self trust. Willpower, self control, and consistency will all be mastered.
